It’s very easy to pick a pen and paper to jot down your health goals, or probably surfing through YouTube to see how people achieve their goals, the reality then sets in when it’s time to achieve the written goals. The fact that we try to ignore is nothing good comes easy and no matter how small that goal is, there would always be some energy to expend. • Make realistic goals, unrealistic goals gets on frustrated and leaves on depressed while trying to achieve them. Take for example, someone who is addicted to soda and is trying to cut down soda intake, it would be best to first reduce the number of bottles taken per week and gradually reduce till when it no longer interests you. That gradual drop is a realistic goal.
